For the past 30 years I've had the opportunity to teach & train many extraordinary people while working in the Fitness Industry. When studying for my BA in Psychology I discovered all the Mental Health benefits exercise delivers, including a positive impact on depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress & overall mood. I've found over the years of working with individuals that one benefits significantly by focusing on a Whole Person approach which is why I offer services in improving your Mind, Body & Soul.

I have been awarded national Personal Training certifications through Desert Southwest Fitness and the American Council on Exercise, with Training as a Behavioral Specialist. I am also certified through the American Council on Exercise for Group Exercise Instruction and trained in Apex Fit Pro Nutrition.
